She is survived by: her mother Krystyna Marinna Pelka Klach of Warsaw, Poland.; her brother Albert Klach; her sister-in-law Ania Klach; her stepsons, Steven Mathews (Terri Mathews) and Kaleb Mathews (Allison Mathews); and her granddaughters, Elizabeth A. Mathews and Nina L. Mathews (William S. Pratt).
