She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hayes and Leona Marion Hayes; her siblings, Larry, Gray, Roger Hayes and Gaynell Collins; and her grandsons, Braxton Childress, Pomeranian and Rambo.
She is survived by: her husband Harold G. Baity; her children, Dana Conrad (Shannon) and Larry "Tommy" McGee (Cynthia); her stepchildren, Dean and Gina Baity; and her grandchildren, Savannah Childress, Seth Childress, Adam Conrad, Thomas Conrad, Hunter Conrad, Caleb McGee, Joslyn McGee, Marinah Gowder, Nicholas Gowder, Noah Gowder, Amelia Baity and Alisha Baity.
