He was predeceased by: his parents, Javan Baity and Nellie Bowles Baity. He is survived by: his wife Flora Elizabeth Cleary Baity; his children, Mary Barringer (Bill) and Jay Baity (Ronda); his grandchildren, Billy Barringer, Dylan Hutchens, Amanda Baity, Elizabeth Baity and Daniel Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Trent Aarhus, Jayce Creager, Lucas Barringer and Walker Ligon. He is also survived by two brothers; and two sisters.

Mr. Baity requested no flowers, but memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
