He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Grant "Chunky" Reavis. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Driver Reavis; his daughter Lauren Reavis Heller (Brian); his granddaughter Madalyn Elizabeth Heller of Yadkinville, NC; and his sisters, Jean Reavis Whitsett of Charlotte, NC, Rebecca Reavis McCarson (Tony) and Lisa Reavis Drum (Jim) of Yadkinville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
