He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Crews and Eva Mae Crews; his brother Steve Crews; and his brothers-in-law, Dickie Schuyler and Randy Macemore.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Crews; his sons, Erik Crews (Terry May) and Bryan Crews (Laura Crews); and his siblings, Janice Schuyler, Judy Davis, Susan Macemore, Missie Flanagan (Barbara Turner) and Jeff Crews (Ann Crews). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
