He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Baity and Flora Dalton Baity; and his siblings, Janet Reavis, Lillian Morris and Tommy Baity.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Baity; his sons, Kenne Baity (Ann) and Kevin Baity (Tonya); his grandchildren, Brooke Baity, Adam Baity (Macy), Madison Holder (Logan) and Laiken Baity; and his caregivers, Donna, Brenda, Shauna, Cammy, Haley, Maddie and Kenneth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Yadkin Memorial Gardens (1440 Shacktown Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055).
