She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fielden Osborne and Ellen Marie Honaker Osborne; her sister Maxine Ricketts; and her half-brother Rodney Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Nelson Douglas Puffenbarger; and her siblings, Rebecca Emond (Walter) and James R. Osborne (Barbara).
