She was predeceased by: her brother C. L. McKnight. She is survived by: her parents, Fate McKnight and Urseal Reece McKnight; her husband J. P.; her children, Kathy Wilhelm (Dale) of Yadkinville, Joanie Prim (Mike) of Boonville and Johnny Burton (Linda) of Boonville; her grandchildren, Brooke Snow (Perry) of Yadkinville, Preston Burton (Callie) of Huntersville, Ricky Huff of Lewisville and Chad Hemric (Sabrena) of Elkin; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren and Haley Hemric; her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Vestal (Max) and Kathleen Burton; and her friends, Jimmy Stewart (Jean), Susan Brooks and Shane Stewart. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
