With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Chulick of Yadkinville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2020 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George T. Chulick, Theresa Roseann Chulick, Eugene Bernard Costlow and Bertha May Costlow. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Stephen Chulick and Patricia "Patti" Maureen Costlow Chulick; his daughter Layla Rose Chulick; his sister Veronica Marie Chulick Williams (Thomas); his nephew Samuel Caleb Williams; and the mother of his child Sherry Shelton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the donors choice.
