He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Brown and Rosie Brown; and his brothers, Cecil Brown, Clarence Brown, David Brown and Kenneth Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Carlton Brown; his children, Timothy Paul Brown (Karen), Freddy Brown and Paula Brown; his grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Kristin Kennedy (Charlie), Lauren Brown, Zack Westmoreland, Sara Westmoreland and James Westmoreland; and his siblings, Lillie Brown and Young "Tink" Jester. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
