He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Locke and LaRue Locke (Berrier); his wife Wilma; his sisters, Lucy Getz (John) of Shiremanstown and Rita Scott (Kenny) of Orbisonia; his children, Chris Locke (Cassandra) of Minnesota, Michele Yeager (Don Yoho) of Pittsburgh, Jeff Locke (Danette) of Huntingdon, Keith Renninger (Tracy) of Mifflin and Candi Zimmerman (Scott) of Port Royal; his stepsons, Jason O'Cull (Sarah) of Jonesville, NC and Tim O'Cull of Elkin; his aunt JoAnne Jamison (Don) of Fayetteville; his brother Donald Snyder (PeeWee) of Neelyton; his nieces and nephews, Dana Hiedel (Mark), Matthew Scott, Kim Appleby (Jeff) and Julie Coates (Kendall); and his brother-in-law John.
