He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Barney and Dolly Butner Barney; and his brother Mitchell Eugene Stout. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Hayes Stout; his sons, Jeff Stout and Shane Stout (Cathy); his grandchildren, Adam Stout, Caroline Stout (Chase Poindexter), Ethan Stout and Grayson Stout; his brother Floyd Frank Barney Jr. (Melissa); his brothers-in-law, Ernest Hayes and Wallace Hayes; and his extended family, Tony, Christy Aquilano and Gigi Collins (Ryan Fullbright).
