He is survived by: his wife Mable Steele Casstevens; his daughters, Christine Casstevens, Virginia Davis (James) and Beverly Casstevens (Teresa); his grandchildren, Dakota Davis and Ethan Sizemore; his siblings, Dianne Casstevens and Dale Casstevens; and also, Kimi McDaniel, Tamara Chamberlain, Courtney Sloan and Ann Clay.
