He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Doll and Felicite Doll. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Moose Doll; his son Joseph "Joe" Doll; his siblings, Jack Doll (Janie), Joseph Doll (Bev Frye), Andrew Doll, Tom Doll (Angie), Marthe Doll (Tim Hill), Kathe Zaslow (Steve) and Genny Pugh (Louis); and his friend Hoyt Shore (Farm Bureau). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
