With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Caudle Booze (Yadkinville, North Carolina), born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2022 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Booze. He is survived by: his wife Judy Starr Phillips; his children, David Booze (Bess Leigh) of Wilmington, Robert "Bob" Booze (Jenny) of Salem, Virginia and Andy Booze (Nancy) of Walnut Cove; and his pets, Holly and Ryder. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild.
