She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Frank Whitaker and Zetta Mae White Whitaker; her husband Willie Thomas Dinkins; and her siblings, Harold, Omer Whitaker, Lorene Whitaker, Eva Maines, Doris Hoots and Gail Edwards.
She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Sizemore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
