He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Collins and Doris Hutchens Collins; his children, Margo Melinda Collins and Mark Wayne Collins (Angie); his grandson Jeffrey Collins; his great grandchild Taylor Collins; and his brother Dennis Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Ellen Pinnix Collins; his children, Junior Collins (Vickie), Debbie Brock (Dale) and Renual Collins (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Marissa Williams (Brad), Brandy Collins, Justice Collins and Devin Collins; his great grandchildren, Hailey Collins, Clint Collins, Breonna Collins, Christina James, Damion Carlucci, Aurora Margeson and Harmonie Miller; his siblings, Cynthia Delancey (Johnny), Sandra Wall (Gerald), Sarah Collins, Larry Collins and Galen Collins; and his niece Susan Casto (Gary).
