She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Henry Hinshaw; and her sisters, Pearl Shore and Dorothy Jarvis. She is survived by: her children, Robin Johnson (David), Ricky Hinshaw (Issy) and Randall Hinshaw (Michelle); her grandchildren, Hope Webb (Scott), Krissy Hinshaw and Briana Hinshaw; her great grandchildren, Evan, Emily Webb, Kylie and Kendall Jenkins; and her siblings, Ruth McCollum, Janie Hunter, Roger Reece, Ray Reece (Barbara) and Clara Hine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
