She is survived by: her significant other Richard Allen Church; her children, Terry Church (Kyndal) of Yadkinville and Kim Sheppard (Bryan) of Yadkinville; her grandchildren, Taylor Church (Morgan) of Yadkinville, Cody Pollard (Kailey Queen) of Yadkinville and Madisynn Church of Yadkinville; her great grandchild Emory Church; and her brothers, Kenneth Taylor (Linda) of East Bend and Danny Taylor of Clemmons.
