She was predeceased by: her parent Seymore Messer; her husband Robert Junior Drake; and her daughter Wanda Elam. She is survived by: her parent Nettie Plemmons Messer; and her children, Ronnie Drake of Thomasville and Margaret Drake of Statesville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
