She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Wayne Livesay and Cora Evelyn Dixon Livesay; and her husband Delbert Caudle. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Hershey (Clarice), Chris Hershey (Susie), Pam Hershey Hampton (Russell), Beth Hershey Vestal and Patricia Diane Hershey; her grandchildren, Ronnie Hampton, Tyler Macemore and Amber James; and her friend Kay Allsbrook Outland.
