He is survived by: his mother Joan Waddell Prevette of Roaring River; his fiancée Diann Terry of Yadkinville; his sisters, Jeannie Moore (Tommy) of North Wilkesboro and Tina Baker of Hickory; his daughter Samantha Terry (Dustin L.); his grandmother Lenona Waddell of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Autumn, Harper and Taylor; his nephews, Dustin Holcomb of Roaring River and Austin Cahill (Amber) of West Virginia; his niece Paige Maltba (Josh) of West Virginia; his aunt Judy Combs of North Wilkesboro; his half-siblings, Ginger Watson of Boone and Mickey Lewis of Boone; and his grandson Gray. He is also survived by nieces and step nephews.
