She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lou Neal and Arthur Sapp; her children, Steve Mitchell, Laurie Hutchens and Devlin McNeil; her grandchildren, Ambien, Jacob, Hannah, Jairus, Kelsey and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Braelyn, Michael, Jake, Saylor and Olivia.
