Doris Jeane Hawks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Jeane Hawks of Yadkinville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Olen Surratt and Ila Faye Hawks Cockerham; her husband John William; her siblings, Ivalee Gunnell, Harlie (Arlene Surratt), Horace Surratt and Donald (Pauline Surratt); and her brother-in-law Max Mauldin.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce; her son-in-law Mark Brown; and her siblings, Patty Mauldin, Norma (Hugh Kearney) and Carl Surratt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the family ask that attendees wear a face mask.
