With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Pardue Ashley of Yadkinville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Pinnix and Thomas Milton Pinnix; and her aunt Ruby Williams Vestal. She is survived by: her aunt Donna; her son Destiny Hayes; her husband Charles Lee Ashley of Yadkinville; her daughters, Christy Ashley (Randy) and Michelle Vincent (Chris); her grandchildren, Aaron Ashley (Charity), Destiny Hayes, Caroline and Brady Vincent; and her siblings, Milton Pinnix, Claude Pinnix (Rachel), Keith Pinnix and Susan Pinnix Wingler.
She was her happiest spending time with her 4 grandchildren and was selfless in what she would do for them: Aaron Ashley (Charity)-whom she raised like a son, Destiny Hayes-whom she raised like a daughter, and Caroline and Brady Vincent.
