He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Meadows and Marjorie Wilkins; and his son Jerry Wayne Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Callie Horton Wilkins; his children, Robin Hunter (Steve), Penny Hutchens and Donald Wilkins, Jr.; and his aunt Dorothy Childress. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
