She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Monroe Carter and Edith Marie Davis Carter; her husband Luther Stanley Todd, Jr.; and her sisters, Bonnie Brown and Abigail Williams.
She is survived by: her son Michael Todd (Julie); her grandchildren, Hannah Todd, Megan Todd and Caden Todd; her sister Wilda Lucas (Bobby); her niece Penny Hennings (Barry); and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Thomason, Brenda Reavis (Gray) and Howard "Squash" Williams. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Friends Church (3417 Mt Carmel Church Rd, East Bend, NC 27018). A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the same location.
