He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Mullis Couch; his wife Elisa Crews Couch; his children, Adam Couch and Ashton Lyon (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jackson Couch and Oaklyn Lyon; his brothers, Mike and Bobby Couch; his nephews, Dale Couch (Reja) and Timmy Couch; and his great-nephew Kellen Couch.
