She was predeceased by: her parents, Mick Anders and Ruth Anders; and her brothers, Steve Anders, Jessie Anders, Rocky Anders and Walter Anders.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Grimes (Beverly), Patricia "Patty" Williams (David) and Philip Grimes (Sallie); her sister Brenda Whitaker (Lewis); and her close friend Carol Allen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
