He was predeceased by: his father Sam Spillman; his daughter Danielle Spillman; his brother-in-law Barry Reavis; his aunt Nell; and his uncle Bud Baity.
He is survived by: his wife Rose McAninch Spillman; his children, Casandra Hutchens (BJ), Melanie Freeman and Daniel Spillman, Jr.; his grandchildren, Justin Choplin, Austin Choplin, Autumn Freeman and Olivia Freeman; his siblings, Kathy Spillman Reavis and Samuel David Spillman; his uncle Lester Spillman (Betty); his close friends, Scott Muncus, Teddy Hoots and Mark Hutchinson; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a Hospice of the donor's choice in Mr. Spillmans name.
