He is survived by: his wife Carol McCollum Parker; his children, Kristie Graham (David), Richie Parker (Stacia) and Zack Parker (Jenna); his grandchildren, Parker Graham, Dawson Graham, Salem Parker, Ian Lowder and Kirby Lowder; and his siblings, Judy Jester, Jimmy Parker (Janie), Larry Parker (Ernestine) and Buddy Parker (Carolyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
