He is survived by: his children, Christinia Lee Baity Casstevens (Rodney) and Charles Bryan Baity (Nikki); his grandsons, Charles Michael Baity (Danielle) and Turner Bryan Baity (Ashley); his stepgrandson Kirk Lee Casstevens (Sarah); his sister Constance "Connie" Dickens; and his brother-in-law Lester Spillman (Betty). He is also survived by several loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
