With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Gaye Tucker Leatherman (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on November 26, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter and Alice Hayes Tucker; her husband John Samuel Leatherman; her daughter Yvonne L. Norman; and her brothers, Joe Bill Tucker, Jesse Tucker, Rev. Jimmy and Rev. Wade Tucker.
She is survived by: her son John Leatherman; her grandchildren, Betty Jean Weakley, Amanda Norman, Samantha Waddell (Shane) and Andy Smith; her great grandchildren, Corey, Keyley, Ethan, Hunter, Alexis, Logan, Audrie, Madison, William, Ariel, James and Alexandria; her great great grandchildren, Peyton and Camden; and her sister Pattie Cockerham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
