He was predeceased by: his father Keith Moser; and his grandfather Ralph Welch. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Welch Moser Smith (Tom); his daughter Brittany Moser; his godsons, Alexzander and Taylor MacFarlane; his sister Kym M. Blalock (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Lyndsey, Brooks, Nathan and Faith Blalock; his grandmother Marjorie Welch; and his aunts and uncles, Phyllis (David Welborn), Ralph (Lucy Welch), Trish (Bobby Todd) and Marie Foster.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an education fund for Alex and Taylor that will be available at Allegacy Credit Union.
