He is survived by: his children, Jackie Lynn Collins, Johnny Lee Collins (Cynthia) and Jeffrey Lane Collins (Linda); his grandchildren, Lee Ann Calhoun (Johnny), Alania Day (Payton), Jodie Couch, Chris Collins (Heather), Amanda Dye (Wesley), Adreian Blackburn (Nathan), J. R. Collins and Janaya Collins; and his brother Roger Collins. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
