He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smitherman Myers; his children, Jason Myers (Kimberly) and Jennifer Caudle; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jarrett Roberts, Brianna Cook, Baylee Myers and Jacob Caudle; his pets, Kody and Winston; his sister Judy Kilby; and his close friends, Barry Crissman, Al Porter, Rocky Lineberry and Jackie Lineberry.
