He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Hutchens and Nellie Jane Spillman Hutchens; his wife Jerlean Hutchens; and his siblings, Melvin Hutchens (Jesse), William Hutchens (Annie), Moses Hutchens (Shelby) and Ruby Hutchens.
He is survived by: his son Randy G. Hutchens (Joy); his grandson Kyle Hutchens (Jami); his great grandchildren, Avery, Adalee and Ansley Hutchens; his granddaughter Kristina Bodenheimer (Charlie); his great grandchildren, McKenzie and Matthew Bodenheimer; and his sister Hattie Vestal (George).
