He was predeceased by: his parents, Rossie Steelman and Annie Pearl Dobbins Shore; and his son Benjamin Henry Shore, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda "Cindy" Carter Shore; his daughter Jenny Lynne Shore Pinnix; his grandchildren, Nathan Clark, Rachel Pinnix, Cameron Shore and Carter Shore; his daughter-in-law Brenda Greeson Shore; and his sister Helen Shore Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
