He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hudson and Lottie Austin Hudson; and his wife Edna Hudson. He is survived by: his children, Korine Hudson of Albemarle, Allan Hudson (Tammy) of Albemarle, Aileen Hudson of Albemarle and Janine Carpenter (Allen) of Van Alstyne, TX; his siblings, Jimmy Hudson of Albemarle, Alice Plyer of Gold Hill and Linda Morris of Milling Port; and his granddaughter Kayla Hudson Fraley. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
