She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lane and Cornelia Johnson Lane; her husband Thomas Lee Macy; her sisters, Laura, Blumie and Shelby Lane; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Leonard (Eddie).
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Macy (Tamara), Jeffrey Macy (Sharon) and Tonya Grimm (Jesse); her grandchildren, Meredith Allen (Jonathan), Jake Macy, Jaron Grimm (Ashlyn), Brody Grimm and Lexi Grimm; her great grandchild Colton Allen; her nephew Marc Leonard (Patsy); her brothers-in-law, Franklin Macy (Cathy) and Gray Macy (Nina); and her close friends, Judy Smitherman (David), Lartha Murphy (Danny), Denise Lyon (Terry), Elise Turk (Dan) and Carol Cartiss.
