She is survived by: her son Joe Carter (Donna); her grandchildren, Alan Carter (Amy Moore) and Elizabeth Moberly (Sean); and her sisters, Mary Reece, Shelby Bruce, Maebelle Carlton, Darnelle Latham (John), Phyllis Kimmer (Benny) and Vivian Lawson (Michael). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
