He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Evans and Ila Evans; and his siblings, Edward Evans, Gerald Evans, Bob Evans, Wilber Evans and Frankie Evans Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Evans; his daughters, Karla Lewis (Don) and Michelle Burns (Robert); his grandchildren, Heather Orlowski (Kyle), Khrystal Lewis (Cole), Hayleigh Lewis, Michael Felts, David Felts, Robert Burns and William Burns; his great grandchildren, Parker and Olivia Orlowski; and his sister Katie Shockley (Homer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
