He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Lee and Hilda Heath Blevins; and his siblings, Nadine Blevins and Jeff Blevins. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Dunn; his brothers, Lee Blevins and Craig Blevins (Angela); his stepdaughters, Ashley Brewer and Chloe Gordy; his granddaughter Kyler Prigmore; and his nephew Lee Blevins, III. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
