She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Jot Owens Jr. and Ruby Sanders Owens; her siblings, Frances Kramer, Jot Owens, III, Ralph Clarence Owens of Wilmington and Edward Walker Owens of Hawaii; and her spouse Peter Kramer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Even though she was afflicted with Downs Syndrome, Alzheimer's, and Dementia, Annie could always manage a smile.
