He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Moley and Marie O'Connell Moley; his wife Gloria Jackson Moley; his children, David (Kerry) of Wilmington and Lindsey Carter (Wes) of Charleston; his brother Kevin (Dorothy) of Williamsburg; his nephew Damon Moley; and his grandchildren, Neave Moley, Miller Carter and Violet Carter.
