Yvonne Hajikakou Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Hajikakou of Woodleaf, North Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Padgett and Ruth Hellard Padgett; and her siblings, Dennis Padgett, Barry Padgett and Beverly Perkins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Christi Harmon (Sammy) of Statesville and MiChelle "Mikki" Dowell (Reid Deal) of Winston-Salem; her sister Carol Ann Murph (Mike) of Cooleemee; her grandchildren, Destiny Poole, Dustin Dowell, Danielle Griffith, Katelyn Harmon, Andrew Barnett, Isabella Barnett, Madison Hartman and Serenity Harmon; and her close friend Dwayne Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to make a donation to The WorldWildLife Conservation and adopt a wolf in her memory.
