With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josiah Jeffrey Cook (Woodleaf, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2024 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Cook. He is survived by: his father Jeffrey Peter Cook (Katherine) of Cooleemee; his siblings, Elizabeth Cook Troyer (Matthew), Rebekah Cook Troyer, Sarah Cook O'Connell (Kevin), Benjamin Cook, Deborah Cook Ogg (Timothy), Samuel Cook (Kerri) and Priscilla Cook Clark (Joshua); and his stepsiblings, Michelle Kauffman and Kristopher Kauffman. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
