He is survived by: his wife Anne Wood McCulloh; his children, Megan Cannon, Haley McCulloh (Matthew Waller) of Woodleaf and Ryan McCulloh of Boone; his mother Phyllis Mayhew Marshall of Woodleaf; his grandchildren, Zoey Cannon, Sadie Cannon and John Waller; and his great-uncle Dink J. Safriet (Tammy) of Salisbury.
