He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Parrish and Jean Lewis Parrish. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cristal Tounzen; his siblings, Nancy Milholand (Lester), Bill Parrish (Sonya) and Teresa Coughenour; and his children, Kelly Jordan, Crystal Nottingham (Kenny), Charles "Buddy" Parrish Jr., Christopher Maness, Misty Parrish and Hunter Parrish. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
