He was predeceased by: his parents, Baxter Allman and Virginia Fortner Allman; and his siblings, Jeffrey, Douglas and Cathy Roe.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Way Allman; his sons, Christopher Allman of Salisbury and Curtis Allman (Heatherly) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Rhiannon, Kailah, Abigail, Maitland, Aaron, Brittnee, Curtis Jr. and Byron; and his sisters, Diane Basinger (Tony) of Rockwell and Crystal Curlee (Alen) of Rockwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
